SC-Document is preset with 2 selections and it has no effect on pricing.

To create a product from SC-Document, login to PriceCal Dashboard
(1) Click “Products”
(2) Click “Create Product”
(3) Click “Document” from Data Source
(4) Give this product a name and description
(5a) Product Base Price (RM): this is the fixed price to charge before any selection made.
(6a) This is for setting up the material. You can start by clicking “Add Material“. This step can be repeated as required.
TIPS: After creating the first material, you can duplicate the it for easier editing for the subsequent materials.
(6b) Paper Size: You can create as many sizes as possible. Do note that (6d) Price per printing page is based on per unit. So if you set this option as A4 Size and Price is RM0.50, this will be the printing price per printing page.
(6c) Print Colour: You can select the type of print colour for this set of material. To add another print colour option, you will need to “Add Material” and input the same information for (6b) and a different option for (6c)
(6d) This is where you can list out the options of the paper and it’s cost per printing page.
(7a~ Optional) Additional Options: This section allows you to add different options for customer to select.
(7b) Amount (RM): You can choose to charge in RM or by Percentage
- RM: Example, if customer select Plastic Comb, SC-Document will add RM 5 to the price calculated in (6a)
- %: If you charge by percentage, this means that SC-Document will add XX% the price calculated in (6a)
(8a ~ Optional) Assign Dynamic Price: You can add in discount that are dependent on the quantity of item. If you do not assign any dynamic price, the quanity is always 1 and the price that customer will pay will be Quantity x Print Cost.
Take note: Dynamic Pricing only include pricing from the total of 5a, 6a & 7a
(9a ~ Optional) Profit Margin: If the pricing you set up above is already a selling price, you do not need to add any profit margin. If you apply a margin, the markup will only apply to the total price from 5a to 10a.
(10a ~ Optional) Artwork Services: If you provide artwork services, you can create the price for your services. Do note that this price is “standalone” and excluded from any Profit Margin applied.
(11a ~ Optional) Production Timeline: You can specify the production timeline and setup additional timeline for customer to select. This is useful if you are express production option. Do note that this price is “standalone” and excluded from any Profit Margin applied.
(12) Once you have completed all the sections, click “confirm” to save.
